Asian Borderlands Research Network

Borderland Futures – Online

From 6-7 November, junior scholars presented their latest research at the online conference Borderland Futures with a focus on three key themes – technologies, zones, co-existences. The presenters offered reflections on these key themes both theoretically and empirically with the aim to generate broader debate and intellectual engagement with borderland futures.

This online Asian Borderlands conference precedes the postponed 7th conference of the Asian Borderlands Research Network - Borderland Futures: Technologies, Zones, Co-existences, to be taking place from 24-26 June 2021 in Seoul, South Korea.
